مجلس جماعة تزطوطين يتطلع لإنجاز قاعة مغطاة وملاعب للقرب

عقد مجلس جماعة تزطوطين، يوم الثلاثاء 31 دجنبر 2024، برئاسة محمد مومني رئيس مجلس الجماعة، دورة استثنائية، ضم جدول أعمالها سبع نقاط.

النقطة الأولى همت الدراسة والمصادقة على طلبات موجهة إلى إدارة أملاك الدولة قصد تفويت قطع أرضية لإنجاز قاعة مغطاة وملعبين للقرب بمركز تزطوطين.

وثانيا الدراسة والمصادقة على تخصيص القطع الأرضية لإنجاز قاعة مغطاة وملعبين للقرب،

وثالثا الدراسة والمصادقة على نقل مكان انعقاد السوق الأسبوعي مؤقتاً.

وفي النقطة الرابعة تمت الدراسة والمصادقة على هدم المحلات التجارية والمحلات الآيلة للسقوط والكائنة بالسوق الأسبوعي.

وخامسا الدراسة والمصادقة على رفع ملتمس إلى المحافظ العام على الأملاك العقارية قصد فتح عملية للتحفيظ الجماعي بالجماعة بهدف تعزيز الملكية العقارية للمواطنين.

وبخصوص النقطة السادسة صادق المجلس بالإجماع على تعديل المقرر عدد 73 بتاريخ 02 أكتوبر 2024 بخصوص الاحتلال المؤقت للملك الغابوي من طرف شركة ستابورت.

وسابعا وأخيراً الدراسة والمصادقة على الاحتلال المؤقت للملك الغابوي من طرف شركة ريف-ساند.

وتميزت أشغال الدورة بأجواء من النقاش المسؤول والبناء بين أعضاء المجلس، حيث تمت المصادقة بالإجماع على جميع النقاط المدرجة، باستثناء النقطة الأخيرة التي صادق المجلس بالإجماع على رفض الترخيص لشركة “ريف-ساند” للاحتلال المؤقت للملك الغابوي لإقامة مقلع بالمنطقة.
