مجلس جماعة سلوان يصادق بالإجماع على تهيئة فضاء خاص لتطوير منظومة تكوين إدماج في المهن الرقمية

انعقدت أشغال الدورة الاستثنائية لمجلس جماعة سلوان برئاسة جمال الحمزاوي، وبحضور ممثل السلطة المحلية ورئيس قسم الجماعات الترابية بعمالة الناظور، بالإضافة إلى نواب الرئيس وأعضاء المجلس.

وتميزت الدورة بمناقشة خمس نقط بجدول الأعمال، وهي:

الدراسة والمصادقة على مشروع اتفاقية شراكة بين عمالة الناظور والمجلس الإقليمي وجماعة سلوان وجمعية ائتلاف مستثمري شرق المغرب من أجل تهيئة فضاء خاص لتطوير منظومة تكوين إدماج في المهن الرقمية بجماعة سلوان.

وإعادة تخصيص اعتمادات بعض الفصول بميزانية التجهيز لسنة 2023.

وكذلك الدراسة والموافقة على اقتناء قطعة أرضية تابعة للأملاك الخاصة للدولة.

والدراسة والموافقة على قرار جماعي لتنظيم حركة السير والجولان بتراب الجماعة.

بالإضافة إلى الدراسة والموافقة على تحيين الهيكل التنظيمي للجماعة.

وتمت مناقشة كل نقطة على حدا والمصادقة عليها بالإجماع.

كما تم رفع ملتمس إلى عامل الإقليم، من أجل إحداث مفوضية الشرطة بسلوان.
