مجلس جهة الشرق ينظم لقاء للتعريف بآليات استفادة الجماعات الترابية من الصندوق الإفريقي لدعم التعاون اللامركزي الدولي

نظم  مجلس جهة الشرق، بتعاون مع المديرية العامة للجماعات الترابية بوزارة الداخلية، يوم الخميس 01 يونيو الجاري بمقر المجلس، يوما  تحسيسيا للتعريف بآليات وسبل استفادة الجماعات الترابية من الصندوق الافريقي لدعم التعاون اللامركزي الدولي، وكذا الشروط الواجب احترامها في عملية إعداد ملفات المشاريع الممكن تقديمها للتمويل المشترك.

وذلك بغية تشجيع التعاون جنوب- جنوب خدمة للتنمية الترابية التي ينشدها المغرب؛ من خلال علاقات التعاون والشراكة التي تجمعه بالبلدان الإفريقية الشقيقة، تماشيا مع التوجيهات السامية لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله المتعلقة بالنهوض بالتعاون جنوب- جنوب

وترأس هذا اللقاء نائب رئيس مجلس جهة الشرق السيد صالح العبوضي؛ بحضور نائبي رئيس المجلس السيدتين نعيمة لحروري وأسماء بوعبدلاوي؛ والكاتب العام لولاية جهة الشرق، والمسؤول بالمديرية العامة للجماعات الترابية عن الصندوق الافريقي لدعم التعاون الدولي اللامركزي للجماعات الترابية؛ وممثلي الجهات الإفريقية جهة كاي وتومبوكتو بمالي وجهة لاناوا بكوت ديفوار وجهة كازيندجا بجزر القمر.

كما حضر اللقاء ممثلو الكتابة العامة للشؤون الجهوية بالولاية ورؤساء وممثلي مجالس العمالة والأقاليم للجهة وممثلي الجماعات والمدراء العامون للمصالح للجماعات المشاركة.

وقد تم تقديم عرض مفصل حول الصندوق الإفريقي لدعم التعاون اللامركزي الدولي لفائدة الجماعات الترابية، وشروحات مستفيضة عن كيفيات وآليات الاستفادة الموضوعة رهن إشارة الجماعات المغربية لتفعيل اتفاقيات التعاون والشراكة المبرمة مع مثيلاتها بالدول الإفريقية.

The party held its fifth national conference under the slogan "Renewing the Party to Ensure Continuity" and adopted a collective leadership model for the first time in Morocco
