مجلس جهة طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة ينخرط في مشاريع لتأهيل المدن العتيقة

برئاسة السيدة ليلى أزرقان، انعقدت يوم الأربعاء 19 فبراير الجاري، أشغال لجنة إعداد التراب بمجلس جهة طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة، وذلك في سياق التحضير للدورة العادية للمجلس التي ستعقد شهر مارس المقبل.

وتم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة العديد من النقاط المقترح عرضها على أنظار الدورة، وضمنها مشروع اتفاقية للشراكة بين مجلس الجهة ومؤسسات أخرى تتعلق ببرنامج تأهيل وتثمين المدينة العتيقة لشفشاون، برسم سنوات 2020-2024، بمساهمة لمجلس الجهة تقدر بـ 20 مليون درهم.

المجتمعون تدارسوا كذلك الخطوط العريضة لمشروع اتفاقية شراكة بين المجلس وعدد من المؤسسات الأخرى وطنيا وجهويا وإقليميا، تهم برنامج تأهيل وتثمين المدينة العتيقة لوزان، برسم سنوات 2020-2024، بمساهمة لمجلس الجهة تقدر بـ 42 مليون درهم.

وبنفس المناسبة، تمت دراسة مشروع اتفاقية شراكة بين مجلس الجهة وشركاء آخرين، تتعلق ببرنامج تأهيل وتثمين المدينة العتيقة للقصر الكبير، برسم سنوات 2020-2024، بمساهمة لمجلس الجهة تقدر بـ 40 مليون درهم.

اللجنة تدارست كذلك الخطوط العريضة لبرنامج تأهيل وتثمين المدينة العتيقة للعرائش، برسم سنوات 2020-2024، بمساهمة لمجلس الجهة تقدر بـ 18مليون درهم، وسينجز بشراكة بين مجلس وشركاء حكوميين ومؤسسات منتخبة …

كما تطرق الاجتماع إلى مناقشة مشروع اتفاقية بين ومجلس جماعة تزروت ومؤسسات أخرى، من أجل تمويل وإنجاز برنامج إعادة تأهيل مركز مولاي عبد السلام بن مشيش بجماعة تزروت-إقليم العرائش، بمساهمة مجلس الجهة، بمبلغ 2.367.000,00 درهم.

اللجنة عرجت بعد ذلك على دراسة مشروع اتفاقية إطار للشراكة بين مجلس الجهة وولاية الجهة وشركة العمران طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة من أجل تنفيذ وإنجاز برامج التأهيل الجهوي وإعداد التراب والمرافق العمومية ذات البعد الجهوي.

كما تم تدارس مشروع اتفاقية للشراكة بين مجلس الجهة ومؤسسات وطنية، جهوية، وإقليمية، تتعلق ببرنامج تأهيل وتثمين المدينة العتيقة طنجة، برسم سنوات 2020-2024، بمساهمة لمجلس الجهة تقدر بـ 147 مليون درهم.
