مجلس “حوض موكادور” يعتمد برمجة الفائض وتحويل الاعتمادات

عقد؛ مجلس مجموعة الجماعات الترابية “حوض موكادور” لتدبير مرفق حفظ الصحة، دورته العادية لشهر ماي، وذلك يوم الاثنين 4 ماي 2026 بمقر المركز الثقافي.

ومرت أشغال الدورة في أجواء تنظيمية عادية، تميزت بروح المسؤولية والتوافق بين مختلف الأعضاء، حيث تمت المصادقة بالإجماع على كافة النقاط المدرجة في جدول الأعمال، والتي همت عددا من القضايا المالية والتنظيمية ذات الصلة بتدبير مرفق حفظ الصحة.

وفي هذا الإطار، صادق المجلس على برمجة المبلغ المتبقي من الفائض الحقيقي برسم السنة المالية 2025، بما يتيح توجيهه نحو دعم المشاريع والبرامج ذات الأولوية.

كما تمت المصادقة على تحويل اعتمادات ضمن ميزانية السنة المالية 2026، في خطوة تروم تعزيز النجاعة في تدبير الموارد المالية.

وعلى مستوى دعم الوسائل اللوجستيكية، وافق المجلس على قبول هبة تتمثل في مركبات مستغلة من طرف مكتب حفظ الصحة الجماعي بالصويرة، بما من شأنه تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة وتقوية أسطول التدخل.

كما صادق الأعضاء على إبرام اتفاقية شراكة بين مجموعة الجماعات الترابية “حوض موكادور” وجمعية الهيئة الوطنية لممرضي وتقنيي الصحة بالجماعات الترابية، في إطار تعزيز التعاون وتطوير الكفاءات المهنية وتحسين الأداء في مجال حفظ الصحة.

وتندرج هذه المصادقات في سياق مواصلة تنزيل برامج المجموعة الرامية إلى الرفع من جودة خدمات حفظ الصحة وتعزيز الحكامة المحلية، بما يستجيب لتطلعات الساكنة ويواكب متطلبات التنمية الترابية.
