مجلس مقاطعة احصين يعقد دورة استثنائية خصصت لدراسة مشروع تصميم تهيئة ضفتي أبي رقراق 

عقد، مجلس مقاطعة احصين برئاسة السيد محمد بنعطية؛ يوم الجمعة 16 يونيو؛ دورة استثنائية بطلب من وكالة تهيئة ضفتي أبي رقراق وبناء على رسالة من عامل عمالة سلا من أجل دراسة مشروع تصميم تهيئة ضفتي أبي رقراق وإبداء الرأي فيه.

الدورة حضرها رئيس قسم الجماعات المحلية بعمالة سلا، ورئيس الملحقة الإدارية الصفاء، ورئيس قسم التعمير بجماعة سلا وممثلي الجهاز الأمني، وأغلب أعضاء المجلس ومدير المصالح وممثلي المصالح الداخلية للمقاطعة، إضافة إلى عدد كبير من المواطنين المتضررين من المشروع وبعض فعاليات المجتمع المدني.

وتضمن جدول أعمال هذه الدورة نقطة فريدة وهي، الدراسة وإبداء الرأي بشأن مشروع تصميم التهيئة الخاص بضفتي أبي رقراق.

وبعد عرض قدمه رئيس مصلحة التعمير بالمقاطعة، تدخل رئيس قسم التعمير بجماعة سلا لتقديم بعض التوضيحات حول المشروع، ثم ناقش أعضاء المجلس هذه النقطة باستفاضة، حيث اتفق الجميع على رفع التوصيات والمقترحات التي خرج بها مكتب المجلس، وتبنتها لجنة التعمير وشؤون البيئة إلى مجلس جماعة سلا وإلى وكالة تهيئة ضفتي أبي رقراق،  وذلك بعد ادخال تعديلات طفيفة عليها.
