مجلس مقاطعة مرس السلطان يصادق بالإجماع على رفع ملتمس لجماعة الدار البيضاء لإنجاز مركز محاربة الإدمان

عقــد مجلـس مقاطعــة مرس السلطان برئاسة محمد بن جلون التويمي، يوم الخميس 5 شتنبــر 2024 الــدورة العادية لشهـر شتنبــر.

بعد اكتمال النصاب القانوني افتتح رئيس المجلس الدورة باستعراض نقط جدول أعمال الدورة حسب الترتيب التالي:

1- عرض السيد الرئيس.

2- عرض السيد المدير الاقليمي لمديرية وزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة بتراب عمالة مقاطعات الفداء مرس السلطان حول تدابير الدخول المدرسي المقبل لموسم 2024-2025.

3- الدراسة والتصويت على حساب النفقات من المبالغ المرصودة لمقاطعة مرس السلطان برسم السنة المالية 2025.

4- الدراسة والتصويت على تحويلات في حساب النفقات برسم السنة المالية 2024.

5-الدراسة والتصويت على رفع ملتمس إلى رئيسة مجلس جماعة الدار البيضاء من أجل المصادقة على إبرام عقد اتفاقية شراكة بين مجلس مقاطعة مرس السلطان ومندوبية وزارة الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية يقضي بإنجاز مركز محاربة الإدمان بتراب المقاطعة.

6- الدراسة والتصويت على رفع ملتمس إلى رئيسة مجلس جماعة الدار البيضاء من اجل المصادقة على إبرام عقد اتفاقية شراكة بين مجلس مقاطعة مرس السلطان ومندوبية وزارة الثقافة يقضي بإنجاز متحف ذاكرة درب السلطان بتراب المقاطعة.

7-الدراسة والتصويت على رفع ملتمس إلى رئيسة مجلس جماعة الدار البيضاء يقضي بتفويت أراضي دور الزينة لقاطنيها المتواجدة بحي البلدية ذات الرسم العقاري 22805 / C بتراب مقاطعة مرس السلطان.

كما ذكر السيد بنجلون التويمي أعضاء المجلس بأن بلادنا على موعد مع مجموعة من المشاريع والأوراش المهمة، ومن بينها عملية الإحصاء العام للسكان والسكنى، والتمس منهم تحسيس ساكنة المنطقة بهذه العملية قصد القيام بواجبهم الوطني، ومد يد العون والمساعدة للمشرفين على عملية الإحصاء لإنجاح هذه المحطة المهمة في تاريخ المملكة.

وقد تم تأجيل مناقشة النقطة الثانية لأن المدير الإقليمي لمديرية وزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة بتراب عمالة مقاطعات الفداء مرس السلطان تعذر عليه الحضور لأشغال هذه الدورة.

أما النقط الأخرى فتمت المصادقة عليهم بأغلبية الأصوات المعبر عنها.
