محمد الحماني ينبه وزير العدل لدُور القاضي المقيم التي تهدد سلامة العاملين والمرتفقين بها

سائل النائب البرلماني، محمد الحماني، وزير العدل، عن الاجراءات المتخذة  لتعزيز البنية التحتية للمحاكم ولاسيما دور القاضي المقيم.

وقال الحماني، في مداخلة له خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية التي عقدت اليوم الاثنين 13 دجنبر 2021، بمجلس النواب، “أكدتم السيد الوزير، خلال مناقشة مشروع الميزانية الفرعية لوزارة العدل برسم قانون مالية سنة 2022، على أن مشروع إصلاح منظومة العدالة يقوم على عدة مرتكزات، ومن أهمهاـ المرتكزات المتعلقة بالبنيات التحتية، وخاصة أن الجميع يدرك أن هبة العدالة لبلادنا مرتبطة بوجود بنايات لائقة تليق بمكانة السلطة القضائية.

وأضاف النائب البرلماني، “وتبعا لذلك أقدمت الوزارة على تهييء برنامج طموح تمت ترجمته على أرض الواقع من خلال الانكباب على بناء بنايات جديدة، وإصلاح وتوسيع القديمة وبناء قصور للعدالة التي تتميز بنشاط مكثف”.

وزاد النائب البرلماني مخاطبا وزير العدل، “غير أن مجموعة من دُور القاضي المقيم ظلت على حالها، ما بات يهدد كل العاملين والمرتفقين مع غياب أدنى شروط السلامة الصحية”.
