مداوي يوقع برنامجا تنفيذيا مع نظيره السنغالي في مجالات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار

على هامش أشغال الدورة الخامسة عشرة للجنة العليا المشتركة بين المملكة المغربية وجمهورية السنغال، وتحت إشراف رئيس الحكومة، عزيز أخنوش والوزير الأول لجمهورية السنغال، أوسمان سونكو، قام وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار عز الدين المداوي، ووزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار السنغالي، داود نكوم، يوم الاثنين 26 يناير 2026 بالرباط، بتوقيع البرنامج التنفيذي للفترة 2026-2028 في مجالات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار.

ويروم هذا البرنامج التنفيذي توسيع آفاق التعاون بين الجانبين، ويشمل عدة محاور متكاملة من بينها تعزيز الشراكات بين الجامعات من خلال إبرام اتفاقيات بين-جامعية وتوأمة المؤسسات، وتشجيع حركية وتبادل الأساتذة الباحثين والطلبة، وتطوير قدرات الموارد البشرية الأكاديمية والإدارية.

كما يولي هذا التعاون أهمية خاصة لتقاسم وتبادل التجارب والخبرات في مجالات الهندسة البيداغوجية، وحكامة مؤسسات التعليم العالي وبنيات البحث، وإدماج الرقمنة في البيداغوجيا الجامعية. وعلى مستوى البحث العلمي والابتكار، يهدف هذا التعاون إلى تطوير برامج وشبكات بحث مشتركة، والتنظيم المشترك للتظاهرات العلمية، وتقاسم منصات البحث والتثمين، وكذا تشجيع الإشراف المشترك على الأبحاث، لاسيما في سلك الدكتوراه.
