مشاركة قوية وفعالة لوفد مجلس جهة الشرق في مؤتمر بالجزائر

شارك مجلس جهة الشرق بوفد هام يتكون من السيد عبد النبي بعوي، رئيس المجلس ونائبيه السيدين الطيب المصباحي وسعيد بعزيز، في مؤتمر الأطراف المتعاقدة في غرب المتوسط، المنعقد بالجزائر العاصمة يومي 03 و04 دجنبر 2018، تحت شعار: “نحو إجراءات زرقاء واقعية في حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط الغربي”.
ويأتي مشاركة مجلس جهة الشرق في المؤتمر المذكور لكونه عضوا في اللجنة الأورومتوسطية.

وقام السيد عبد النبي بعوي رئيس مجلس جهة الشرق والوفد المرافق له بعقد عدة لقاءات مع الجهات الفاعلة في ميدان الاقتصاد الأزرق بالجزائر الشقيقة، باعتباره يمثل رافعة إستراتيجية للتنمية المندمجة والمستدامة.

كما ثمن المشاركون في المؤتمر المقترحات التي تقدمت بها جهة الشرق والمتعلقة بإحداث المعهد الدولي لمهن البحر، واختيارها لاحتضان مشروع عبارة عن إنشاء قرية سياحية نموذجية تندرج في نطاق السياحة البحرية الساحلية، التي تستهدف احترام البيئة والتنوع البيولوجي، والتي تحظى باهتمام الدول الأطراف.

وللإشارة فان المؤتمر انكب على دراسة التنمية المستدامة من نافذة استغلال وتطوير الاقتصاد الأزرق، وجعله فضاء حقيقيا للتشغيل، والذي ترأسه وزير الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية والصيد البحري الجزائري، وذلك بحضور شخصيات على رأسها السيد حسن عبد الخالق السفير المغربي بالجزائر، ووفد من وزارة الفلاحة والصيد البحري والمياه والغابات والتنمية القروية المغربية، وأعضاء من السلك الدبلوماسي للدول المشاركة وممثل الاتحاد الأوروبي بالجزائر والأمين العام للاتحاد من أجل المتوسط، وممثل اتحاد المغرب العربي.
