نقابة التعليم العالي ترفض المساس بالأجور وتطالب بالبحث عن مصادر الثروة خارج جيوب الأساتذة والموظفين

عبرت النقابة المغربية للتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، عن رفضها المساس من جديد بأجور الأساتذة الباحثين وعموم الموظفين بدعوى “الاقتطاع لإصلاح نظام التقاعد”، مطالبة الدولة بتحمل مسؤولياتها في حماية حقوق وتقاعد الموظفين ومحاسبة المسؤولين المتعاقبين على إدارة صندوق التقاعد.

وشدد المكتب الوطني للنقابة المغربية للتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في بلاغ له، على أهمية إعادة النظر في التعويضات الخيالية لبعض المسؤولين والموظفين السامين، وتعويضات رؤساء وأعضاء كثير من الهيئات والمجالس، التي لا فائدة منها سوى استنزاف الميزانية العامة، ومراجعة مسألة الإعفاء الضريبي لبعض القطاعات والشركات التي اغتنت في ظل الجائحة.

النقابة ألحت على الإسراع بالرفع الفوري ليد التجميد وإلغاء قرار الحجر على الترقيات المستحقة للأساتذة الباحثين وتصفية ملفات ترقيات سنوات 2014 و2015 و2016 و2017، رافضة الاقتطاع من أجور الأساتذة الباحثين تحت أي مسمى، معتبرة ذلك “حلقة جديدة في مسلسل الاستهداف للطبقة المتوسطة”، ومطالب بـ”البحث عن مصادر الثروة الحقيقية خارج جيوب الأساتذة الباحثين وعموم الموظفين”، وفق تعبيرها.
