وزارة الانتقال الرقمي توقع مذكرة تفاهم لإطلاق آليات مبتكرة لصناديق تمويل الشركات الناشئة

أشرفت وزيرة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة، غيثة مزور، اليوم الاثنين 15 أبريل 2024 بمقر الوزارة بالرباط، بمعية كل من الوزير المنتدب المكلف بالميزانية والمدير العام لصندوق محمد السادس للاستثمار والمدير العام لصندوق الإيداع والتدبير، على مراسيم التوقيع على مذكرة تفاهم تهم إطلاق آليات مبتكرة لصناديق تمويل الشركات الناشئة.

وتعكس مذكرة التفاهم هذه الإرادة المشتركة لإطلاق دينامية جديدة في منظومة الشركات الناشئة بالمملكة المغربية، بما من شأنه تعزيز صناعة وطنية في مجالي التمويل الأولي للشركات ‘capital amorçage’ ورأسمال الاستثمار ‘capital-risque’. 

ووفقا لمذكرة التفاهم هذه، سيطلق صندوق محمد السادس للاستثمار، بشراكة مع كل من صندوق الإيداع والتدبير ووزارة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة، طلب إبداء اهتمام لانتقاء شركات التدبير التي ستتولى إحداث وتدبير صناديق تمويل الشركات الناشئة، من خلال تمويلات تتماشى مع أهم مراحل نضجها.
