وزارة الانتقال الرقمي والمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني توقعان اتفاقية شراكة مؤسساتية

أبرمت وزارة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة والمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني اتفاقية إطار لتدعيم الشراكة المؤسساتية الرامية لتطوير برامج استقبال المرتفقين والمرتفقات بمصالح الأمن الوطني على المستويين المركزي والجهوي.

وقد تم توقيع هذه الاتفاقية بالمقر الجديد للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني بمدينة الرباط، يوم الأربعاء 03 يونيو 2026، من طرف السيدة أمل الفلاح السغروشني الوزيرة المنتدبة لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلفة بالانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة والسيد عبد اللطيف حموشي المدير العام للأمن الوطني ومراقبة التراب الوطني، وهي الاتفاقية التي تأتي تنفيذا للتوجيهات الملكية السامية، القاضية بتطوير وتجويد منظومة البنيات التحتية الخدماتية الموجهة لاستقبال المرتفقين والمرتفقات بالمرافق العمومية.

وتهدف هذه الاتفاقية، التي تنبع من رغبة المؤسستين في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية المقدمة للمواطنات والمواطنين، إلى تطوير وتمويل برامج عمل نموذجية وبنيات تحتية رقمية ومادية قادرة على استقبال المرتفقين والمرتفقات وفق معايير حديثة، في أفق تعميم هذه البرامج على كافة مصالح الأمن الوطني على الصعيدين الوطني والمركزي.

كما تروم هذه الاتفاقية تدعيم العمل المؤسساتي المشترك بين القطاعين بشكل يسمح بتدعيم جهود تحديث المرفق العام الشرطي، وتعزيز انخراطه في ورش التحول الرقمي للقطاع العام، فضلا عن دعم تطوير خدمات عمومية عالية الجودة وشاملة، ترتكز على تعزيز مبادئ الحكامة العمومية وتوطيد مرتكزات الشرطة المواطنة.
