وزارة العدل تحدِثُ موقعا إلكترونيا خاصا باللجنة الوطنية المكلفة بتطبيق العقوبات المنصوص عليها في قرارات مجلس الأمن

أحدثت؛ وزارة العدل موقعا إلكترونيا خاصا باللجنة الوطنية المكلفة بتطبيق العقوبات المنصوص عليها في قرارات مجلس الأمن. 

إلى ذلك، تأتي مبادرة وزارة العدل بصفتها مشرفة على اللجنة الوطنية المكلفة بتطبيق العقوبات المنصوص عليها في قرارات مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة بالإرهاب وانتشار التسلح وتمويلهما، في إطار احترام المغرب لالتزاماته الدولية وملائمة منظومتة مع المعايير الدولية. 

جدير بالذكر، ان تنصيب اللجنة الوطنية المكلفة بتطبيق العقوبات المنصوص عليها في قرارات مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة بالإرهاب وانتشار التسلح وتمويلهما، يعد تنفيذا للمادة 32 من القانون رقم 12.18 المُغيِّر والمُتمِّم لمجموعة القانون الجنائي والقانون رقم 43.05 المتعلق بمكافحة غسل الأموال، ووفقا للمرسوم رقم 2.21.484 الصادر بالجريدة الرسمية عدد 7014 بتاريخ 19 غشت 2021 الذي يقضي بتحديد تأليف اللجنة وكيفية اشتغالها، والتي عهد إليها بالسهر على تطبيق العقوبات المالية من خلال تجميد ممتلكات الأشخاص الذاتيين أو الاعتباريين الواردة أسماؤهم باللوائح الملحقة بالقرارات الصادرة عن مجلس الأمن ومنعهم من السفر وفق المساطر المعمول بها في هذا الإطار.

كما أن إحداث هذه الآلية القانونية الوطنية يأتي في إطار احترام المغرب لالتزاماته الدولية وملاءمة منظومته مع المعايير الدولية، لاسيما قرارات مجلس الأمن وتوصيات مجموعة العمل المالي التي تنص على وجوب توفر الدول على الإجراءات والآليات الفعالة لتطبيق قرارات مجلس الامن ذات الصلة بالإرهاب وانتشار التسلح وتمويلهما وتنفيذ العقوبات المرتبطة بها.
