وزير التشغيل يكشف عن عزم الحكومة تقنين شركات توصيل الطلبيات إلى المنازل

كشف وزير الإدماج الاقتصادي والمقاولة الصغرى والتشغيل والكفاءات، السيد يونس السكوري، أن الحكومة تتجه نحو إضفاء الطابع القانوني على طريقة عمل شركات توصيل الطلبيات إلى المنازل، مؤكدا أن الشروع في تقنين هذا المجال سيتم مباشرة بعد الانتهاء من ورش قانون الحق في الإضراب.

وأكد السيد السكوري، في معرض جوابه على أسئلة السيدات والسادة النواب اليوم الاثنين 24 يونيو 2024، أن المراجع القانونية في هذا المجال تحدد إما بقانون الإلتزامات والعقود في فصله 230، نظرا لوجود علاقة تعاقدية في بين المقاولة والمشتغلين، أو المادة 18 من مدونة الشغل التي يمكن أن تثبت العلاقة الشغلية.

وأشار المسؤول الحكومي إلى أنه بادر بالاتصال بالمدراء العامين للمقاولات الأساسية لتوصيل الطلبيات المتواجدة بالمغرب من أجل الجلوس إلى طاولة الحوار، وذلك عقب الشروع في مدونة الشغل، كما هو منصوص عليه في اتفاق أبريل 2022، واتفاقه التنفيذي في أبريل 2024، مؤكدا أن الوزارة عازمة على الوصول إلى التوازن في هذا المجال في أقرب آجال ممكنة.
