وزير التعليم العالي يترأس مراسيم حفل إطلاق مشروع “تعزيز رصد الزلازل في المغرب”

سلط وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، السيد عبد اللطيف ميراوي، الضوء على الخبرة المغربية في مجال علم الزلازل لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة الطبيعية التي ضربت بعض اقاليم بلادنا يوم 08 شتنبر 2023.

وأكد الوزير في كلمة له خلال ترأسه يوم الجمعة فاتح مارس 2024 بمقر المركز الوطني للبحث العلمي والتقني بالرباط، مراسيم حفل إطلاق مشروع «تعزيز رصد الزلازل في المغرب»، بشراكة مع كل من منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونيسكو) ودولة اليابان والمركز الوطني للبحث العلمي والتقني، (أكد) على الالتزام الفاعل للوزارة في إنجاح هذا المشروع مبرزا أهمية التجربة اليابانية المليئة بالتقدم العلمي والابتكار التكنولوجي
في مواجهة مخاطر الكوارث الطبيعية.

وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية التي تتماشى مع التوجهات الاستراتيجية للمخطط الوطني لتسريع تحول منظومة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، بهدف إرساء أسس البحث العلمي المتميز يستجيب للأولويات الوطنية مع تعبئة التعاون الدولي.

كما يروم هذا المشروع تقييم المخاطر الزلزالية في المغرب وتعزيز الوقاية منها وتقوية مستوى تأهب السكان المحليين وتعزيز قدرتهم على الصمود في الكوارث الطبيعية.
