وزير التعليم العالي يكشف عن تخصيص مبلغ 200 مليون درهم لتعبئة الكفاءات المغربية المقيمة بالخارج

كشف، وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، عز الدين الميداوي، أن البرنامج الوطني لدعم البحث التنموي والابتكار 2025-2028، خصص، لأول مرة، غلافا ماليا بقيمة 200 مليون درهم لتعبئة الكفاءات المغربية المقيمة بالخارج.

وأفاد الوزير خلال رده على أسئلة السيدات والسادة المستشارين بجلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة اليوم الثلاثاء 22 أبريل الجاري، أن هذا الغلاف المالي المخصص لتعبئة الكفاءات المغربية المقيمة بالخارج يهدف إلى تشجيع ميكانيزمات محددة لاستقطاب الأدمغة المغربية العاملة في الخارج، من أجل الإسهام في تطوير البحث العلمي بالمغرب، تنفيذا للتوجيهات الملكية السامية الرامية إلى تعبئة الكفاءات الوطنية عبر العالم.

وأوضح الوزير أن هذا التوجه يسعى، أيضا، إلى تحفيز هذه الكفاءات على العودة والانخراط داخل المؤسسات الجامعية ومراكز البحث الوطنية، بما يعزز دينامية الابتكار ويسهم في نقل الخبرات والمعارف، مشيرا إلى أن البرنامج الوطني لدعم البحث التنموي والابتكار يندرج ضمن الرؤية الاستراتيجية 2015-2030، وكذا في إطار تنزيل مقتضيات القانون الإطار رقم 51.17 المتعلق بمنظومة التربية والتكوين والبحث العلمي، وتنفيذا للبرنامج الحكومي للفترة 2021-2026.
