Abdelatif Wahbi, Secretary-General of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM), confirmed that for the upcoming elections, the PAM has decided to produce all campaign materials and election materials for the upcoming elections within Morocco, rather than in China or any other foreign country.
Speaking at an extensive meeting with the party’s secretaries and regional directors the day before yesterday (Sunday) in Rabat, Wahbi said, “We have decided to rely entirely on domestic resources for the materials we need. We will not print any campaign T-shirts or hats in China; we will produce all our requirements in Morocco, even if the prices are higher, and we will cooperate with anyone who is willing to work with us.”
Wahbi explained at the same meeting that the goal of this step stems from the PAM’s national responsibility to mitigate the repercussions of the coronavirus pandemic on businesses in the Kingdom, and to create job opportunities and boost activity within Moroccan companies and factories.
