وهبي: وزارة العدل والسلطة القضائية والنيابة العامة اشتغلوا بشكل مشترك على الاستراتيجية الجديدة للتحول الرقمي لمنظومة العدالة خدمة للمواطن

أكد وزير العدل عبد اللطيف وهبي؛ أن الوزارة تشتغل بكل مشترك مع السلطة القضائية والنيابة العامة لتطوير نظام المعلوميات في المحاكم؛ تجسيدا لمبدأ تقريب الإدارة القضائية من المواطنين.

وأبرز السيد الوزير في معرض رده على أسئلة النواب خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية، المنعقدة اليوم الإثنين 13 ماي الجاري؛ أن الاستراتيجية الجديدة والشاملة للتحول الرقمي لمنظومة العدالة، تهدف بالأساس إلى رقمنة كاملة لمسار الخدمات المقدمة للمرتفق والمواطن والمقاولة من طرف الإدارة القضائية وتبسيطها وتقليص أمدها، مشيرا إلى أن الاستراتيجية تحتاج إلى موارد مالية لتنزيلها.

ويشار إلى أن الرؤية الاستراتيجية الجديدة تتضمن مجموعة من مشاريع التحول الرقمي التي تتميز بأولويتها وأثرها الفعلي والمباشر على المرتفق، وذلك وفق خارطة طريق جديدة -في طور الإعداد’تهم تقديم خدمات إلكترونية سهلة الولوج للمواطن والمقاولة وتوفير بنية تكنولوجية حديثة وملائمة وإعادة هندسة الاحتياجات من حيث البيانات والمعطيات الإحصائية، وكذا تفعيل مخططات التكوين ومواكبة المستعملين في مجال اعتماد التكنولوجيا الحديثة.
