Elections 2021 – PAM names eight women to represent the party in eight different legislative districts
The Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) has recently announced the party’s preliminary list for the legislative elections, including 8 women deputies across 8 different regions of Morocco.
PAM’s regional list features Najwa Koukouss (Casablanca – Settat), Koloub Fateh (Tangier – Tetouan – Al Hoceima), and Jaouhara Bousejjada (Beni Mellal – Khenifra).
Within the same context, PAM has also nominated Nadia Bouzandoufa (Marrakesh – Safi), Imane El Maoui (Draa – Tafilalet), Hanane Massi (Souss – Massa), El Haja El Joumani (Laayoune – Sakia El Hamra), and Chayaa Debiani (Dakhla – Oued Ed’Dahab).
Meanwhile, the party revealed that the remaining female candidates are to be announced within the next few hours.
It is noteworthy that PAM has adopted a special nomination procedure that tends to conduct oral interviews with the party’s candidates, in the prospect of assessing their House of Representatives’ membership credentials ahead of the election day, scheduled on September 8, 2021.
