Ministry of Justice sees the necessity to promote resident judge center in Chichaoua to a court of first instance
Minister of Justice, Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi has confirmed that after several surveys according to a participative approach with all interveners in the justice apparatus, the Ministry has reached the conclusion of the necessity to promote the center of the resident judge in Chichaoua to a court of first instance.
Minister of Juistce has informed, in response to a question submitted by MP Moulay Hicham Al Mouhajiri about “the possibility to move the center of the resident judge in Chichaoua”, that the Ministry is giving special importance to the issue of facilitating access to judiciary services for all citizens females and males on equal basis, and this by establishing a judicial map that meets genuine needs required by justice facilities, as one of the most important and influential chain in the pros of reforming the justice and its modernization to reach a justice that enjoys all the qualifications of quality and efficiency.
Minister has clarified, in response to the same question that the Ministry of Justice new strategy in engineering judiciary map is based on achieving fair geographical distribution of the Kingdom’s courts of justice all over national territory; the fact which would ensure sectorial justice balance, through a judiciary map efficient and practical, taking into consideration the situation of remote areas and help them facilitating access to justice.
