Guidance from PAM Secretary General to the party’s regional and provincial secretaries, officials responsible for party’s organizational bodies and all militants
On the ground that some militants and party’s officials resort to represent the party at the judiciary and that some of them file lawsuits in the name of the party to solve some normal and internal organizational disputes instead of respecting the party’s basic procedures and its different monitoring bodies.
I am honored to inform you that competencies of regional and provincial secretaries and that of all the party’s bodies are defined exclusively in the party’s fundamental status and therefore have no competency to represent the party at the justice, and that this mission is the exclusivity of the party’s Secretary General only according to article 106 of the party’s fundamental status.
Consequently, all militant men and women, and all officials responsible for the party organizational bodies should respect the party’s fundamental status and should resort to its institutions and its internal basic law to solve different organizational disputes and that they have no right in legal competency above- mentioned, only by a clear procuration for litigation to be signed by the party’s Secretary General in full respect of regulations.
Best Regards
