Member of the PAM SG collegial leadership Mr. Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, has reaffirmed the importance of the party’s new attitude which is based on collegial leadership and renewal of thinking process, organization and management.
Mr. Bensaid emphasized in his statement during his invitation as a guest to MFM radio program “Decoding” broadcast last Sunday February 19, 2024, that the collegial leadership is not the result of an internal crisis, but it’s actually a strategic choice aims at overcoming the leadership personalization and focus on the party’s project as a whole.
Mr. Bensaid has made clear that the party will revive previous successful experiences such as the idea of parallel forums (doctors forum, engineers forum, higher education and scientific research professors forum, etc..) which have featuredhis career in the past; and this is for the sake of empowering the party with sectorial ideas and thoughts to allow it to meet different challenges and get to know closely its living compulsions and therefore find solutions from the position of government management.
Mr. Bensaid has stressed the importance of communication with citizens to explain the collegial leadership especially that the party is made up of competent young men and women from different sectors of the society.
Mr. Bensaid has reiterated that the party is more committed, today than in any time before, to help contribute to strengthen political life in the country through integrating major reform projects and meeting challenges facing the society. The party, Mr. Bensaid has stated, is intending to achieve deeper communication with citizens by activating the role of parallel organizations: Women, youth, and encouraging PAM-affiliated students to formulate the party’s process. Mr. Bensaid has reaffirmed the necessity to achieve required positive reaction to citizens’ needs and requirements, confirming that the party will remain committed to reform process and continuous progress.
