PAM holds an organizational meeting in Fez, in preparation for the chamber of handicrafts’ elections
In light of the upcoming elections for the Professional Chambers, the Authenticity and Modernity party held, on Wednesday (June 23, 2021), a special organizational meeting at the party’s regional headquarters in Fez, in favor of the chamber of handicrafts’ deputies within the prefecture of Fez.
The meeting tended to discuss the latest preparations with regard to the aforementioned elections within Fez-Meknes region, most importantly Agdal and al-Qarawiyyin districts. This gathering, however, was held under the supervision of both the professional elections’ coordinator, Mohamed Moufid, and PAM’s candidate for the House of Representatives within Northern Fez district, Khadija Hajoubi; and was attended by a number of party officials and electoral candidates.
During the meeting, the attendees recalled the open and rationalized approach adopted by the regional committees in charge of the elections for chambers, as well as the significant work conducted by all party structures since the announcement of the election dates and the start of the registration process within the professional chambers’ lists; in addition to the consensus over PAM’s deputies and candidates in terms of technical productivity and services within both Agdal and al-Qarawiyyin districts.
The attendees have also shed light on the importance of evoking participatory action and perpetuating the spirit of solidarity and synergy among PAM’s militants in support of the party’s candidates throughout the upcoming elections, while emphasizing that the elections for professional chambers mark the beginning of a series of electoral campaigns.
The chamber of handicrafts is of major importance in a city like Fez, whether at the professional, social or economic levels, they declared.
In conclusion, the attendees stressed the importance of reviewing registration lists, and called all parties to establish accurate communicative links with professionals.
It is noteworthy that the attendees highlighted the party’s organizational and political dynamism within Fez-Meknes region, and praised the work conducted by the committee in charge of Fez handicraft chamber under the supervision of Mohamed Makhlouf, as well as the outstanding work accomplished by the committee in charge of the Chamber of commerce, industry and services, chaired by Abderrahim Tada, who received acclaim for the efforts he made in preparation for the upcoming elections.
The attendees have also paid tribute to Southern Fez candidate, Aziz Lebbar, northern Fez candidate, Khadija Hajoubi, PAM’s regional secretary, Mohamed El Hejira, and the party’s provincial secretary, Mohamed Slimani.
