Politics – Meknès : PAM Politburo members meet with their fellow militants in light of the upcoming elections
PAM politburo members, Mehdi Bensaid, Rachid El Abdi and Jaouad Chami, held a series of meetings in Meknès on Wednesday, with their fellow party militants and elected officials within Fez region, assisted by the said region’s regional secretary, Mohamed El-Hejira.
PAM politburo members have first arrived at the party’s headquarters in Meknes, where they held a meeting with PAM militants, elected officials, and national council members (in Ifrane), followed by another meeting with members of the provincial election commission, in the presence of the party’s provincial secretary, Nabil Remach.
PAM officials have also met with members of the party’s provincial secretariat within El Hajeb province, in the presence of the latter’s provincial secretary, Abdelilah Bakola, as well as with party militants and elected officials within Moulay Yacoub province, in the presence of party MPs, Hassan Belmkadem and Jaouad Douahi.
These meetings focused on the preparations for the upcoming municipal, regional and legislative elections, scheduled for this year in Morocco.
All participants expressed their readiness to tackle the upcoming elections in the most proper way, as part of their contribution to Morocco’s successful democratic experience, and for PAM to achieve honorable results upon these elections, in a way that reflects the party’s integral role in Morocco’s political scene today.
For their part, PAM officials within Meknes, Ifrane, Moulay Yacoub and El Hajeb provinces, have also expressed their commitment to implementing the party’s guidelines, as well as the recommendations stipulated by the national electoral commission, as part of the party’s new dynamic at the national and regional levels.
