Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi debriefed about the first registry of penal sessions at the Court of first instance in Dakhla

On the occasion of the inauguration of the new premises of the Court of first instance in Oued Eddahab, King Prosecutor of this region has enabled Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi, Minister of Justice along with his accompanying delegation, to be debriefed on the first penal registry at the court which was inaugurated last August 26, 1980.

Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi, who participated last Monday, November 8, 2021, in the third session of a parallel diplomatic conference on the topic “legal and political impacts of the international recognition of the Moroccan nature of the Moroccan Sahara”, has inaugurated the premises of the new Court of first instance and the reopening of the court of family status in Dakhla.

The Minister’s activities in Dakhla were in the presence of Mr. the Wali and a number of local government officials.
