Mayor of Marrakech Mrs. El Mansouri helps find a solution to car parking problems in Marrakech city (video)

Mrs. Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, mayor of Marrakech held today, Wednesday morning, November 17, 2021 a working session at her office with elected members of the region’s commune council to talk about the problem of car parking in the city of Marrakech calling on local authorities along with elected body to join in n a concerted effort to make of Marrakech a clean and organized city susceptible to please both local populations and foreign tourists.

The Mayor of Marrakech city council stated that car parking system in Marrakech is disorderly run and therefore has negative impacts on the local communities daily life; the fact which needs an urgent intervention sustained by regulations to provide good car parking services to the level of the city reputation as an excellent destination for both national and foreign tourists and also for the sake of local populations.

Mrs. Fatima Ezzahra Mansouri has called on firm implementation of law and regulations in organizing car parking lots in the city of Marrakech and invited local government and security officials to attend the region’s council upcoming to discuss various topics concerning this problem.
