Ministry of Justice has started to activate the “Resident Judge” center in Bir Guendouz At the court of instance in Dakhla

Minister of Justice Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi continues his initiatives aimed at activating new judiciary centers, in all of the court of instance in Assa Zag, in Boujdour and two other centers in Terfaya and Oulad Berrehil.

In this context, and in coordination with the governor of Aousserd province, a delegation made up of the Justice Ministry Secretary General, accompanied by the Secretary General of the Governor’s Office of Aousserd province, director of budget, the provincial sub manager of Laayoune, paid last Tuesday December 28, 2021 a visit to the commune center of Bir Guendouz to foresee the plot of land where will be constructed the judiciary center in Bir Gendouz.

The delegation has also paid a visit to the building the Governor’s Office has put at the availability of the Justice Ministry in waiting for the opening of the above-mentioned judiciary center to become operational soon.
