Ministers Ghita Mezzour and Nadia Fettah Alaoui presided over the signing ceremony of a partnership agreement between the Retirement National Fund and Digital Development Agency
Mrs. Ghita Mezzour, Minister-delegate in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, and Mrs. Nadia Fettah Alaoui, Minister of Economy and Finance, presided last Thursday, May 5, 2022 over the signing ceremony of a partnership agreement between the Retirement National Fund/CNR and the Agency for Digital Development.
This agreement will permit coordinate efforts deployed by both the Retirement National Fund and the Agency for Digital Development, to achieve a successful digital transition in different fields including employment availability, training and artificial intelligence/AI.
Minister Ghita Mezzour has previously confirmed that the implementation of digitization process in the right manner will create a crucial transition in the relationship between citizens and the administration, considering that digitization will make easier access to Moroccan administration as it will help Moroccan citizens, women and men, to benefit from various services with transparency and easiness.
Mrs. Mezzour has stressed that Morocco has made great strides regarding digitization process and enjoys an interesting legal arsenal, mainly the bill 55.19 which has come up with a number of provisions and legal rules which will certainly help create a crucial change in the Moroccan administrative structure and its public active pattern, through the reduction many complications and thus perfect investment of administrative time.
