Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi.. the justice commission at the House of Representatives adopted unanimously the bill on the judiciary organizational system
The justice, legislation and human rights commission at the House of Representatives adopted unanimously last Tuesday, May 17, 2022, in the presence of Minister of Justice Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi, the bill number 38.15 related to the judiciary organizational system, during a session held to pursue public and detailed discussion about the bill.
Mr. Ouahbi has presented broad new developments included in this bill following legal effects decision by the constitutional court, in addition to the most important amendments which were included at the House of Councilors, confirming the Justice Ministry eagerness of avoiding wasting legislative time and expressing his commitment to pursue the studying of this bill, taking into consideration any proposal that would contribute to its improvement.
