In embodiment of the principle « justice at the service of citizens» Ministry of Justice kickstarted four new e-services to make easier citizens’, litigants’, justice professionals’ and assistants have access to judiciary services

​Minister of Justice, Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi oversaw last Monday morning April 10, 2023, along with Minister of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, Mrs. Ghita Mezzour, at the Higher Judiciary Institute in Rabat, the official ceremony to kickstart four e-services that have come within the context of strategic orientations of digital transition for the judiciary system and also to make easier access to judicial services for all citizens, litigants, justice professionals and assistants.

​In this context, the directory of studies, cooperation and updating at the Ministry of Justice has supervised over the design and development of four new digital services projects which concerns first a portal for amnesty requests, conditional liberty, which is a digital system that a beneficiary or his representative could submit an e-application with necessary documents and data, also to get requests electronically by the commission of amnesty and liberty and to provide database related to request processing.

The second service includes a platform for e-exchanges with judicial commissioners which is an information immaterial system for procedures handled by commissioners in their relations with the court and is aimed at achieving the principles of a fair trial as regards to reporting and enforcement, control and accelerate reporting and enforcement to achieve an efficient justice, in addition to integrating the profession of judiciary commissioners within the process of the judiciary system digital transition.

The third service concerns a portal for complaints, which is a free- of- charge digital system to receive litigants’ complaints and therefore allow them to follow up their complaints and even express their level of satisfaction and the ministry’s interaction in due legal times.

The Ministry of Justice has also launched a smart artificial application at the courts called “MAHAKIM Mobile” which will help bring judiciary services closer to citizens and escorts and will make easier access to different services around the clock and will allow getting instant information according to latest updating.
