Jeel 2030: A New Vision for Moroccan Youth Engagement

In a bold move to reshape youth participation in Moroccan politics and public life, the youth of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) has launched Jeel 2030. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between young citizens and decision-makers, fostering a new generation of engaged and empowered individuals who can actively contribute to the country’s future.
The official launch took place in Rabat, bringing together prominent figures from the party, including national coordinator Fatima-Zahra El Mansouri. The event set the stage for a long-term effort to redefine the role of young Moroccans in shaping public policy.

A Digital Platform for Youth Voices
The Jeel 2030 initiative has set up an online platform (jeel2030.org), designed to serve as a space where young Moroccans can share their aspirations and ideas. The goal is to create a two-way dialogue between policymakers and youth, ensuring that the voices of the younger generation are heard and considered in future policies.
This is more than just a website. It’s a direct bridge between youth and decision-makers, ensuring that no young voice goes unheard. It’s a space where the dreams of today can become the policies of tomorrow.

On-the-Ground Engagement Across the Country
Beyond its digital efforts, Jeel 2030 is also taking action on the ground. The initiative includes a series of regional meetings across Morocco, where young people can meet, exchange ideas, and discuss various issues, such as employment, education, digital transformation, and social inclusion.
These gatherings provide a unique opportunity for young Moroccans from diverse backgrounds to interact directly with political leaders, express their views, and propose concrete solutions. The initiative aims to create an environment where youth are not just spectators in political discussions but active participants.

A Movement Beyond Politics
Although Jeel 2030 is launched by the PAM youth, its vision extends beyond partisan politics. The initiative seeks to restore trust between young people and public institutions, which has been eroded in recent years due to perceptions of political disengagement and lack of representation.
The initiative aspires to build a new generation of leaders, thinkers, and changemakers. It is a clear message that Moroccan youth are not just the future, but an essential part of the present.

This is not merely a project; it is a transformative movement, a revolution of ideas, and the dawn of a new era where young Moroccans assert their role in shaping the nation’s future.
