#Jeel2030 : une opportunité concrète pour les jeunes femmes du Maroc

L’initiative Jeel2030 vient répondre à un besoin profond : celui de créer un espace où la jeunesse marocaine peut participer pleinement à la construction de l’avenir. Elle est une plateforme d’écoute, d’expression et d’action. Et pour qu’elle réussisse, il est essentiel qu’elle intègre pleinement les jeunes femmes, qui représentent une force vive encore trop peu reconnue.

Les jeunes femmes marocaines sont partout : dans les universités, les associations, les entreprises, dans les quartiers, les campagnes, les écoles… Elles ont des idées, des ambitions, une énergie précieuse. Mais souvent, elles se heurtent à des obstacles sociaux, culturels ou économiques qui freinent leur élan.

Jeel2030 peut jouer un rôle majeur pour :

– Valoriser leurs compétences et leurs initiatives,

– Offrir un cadre où leurs voix sont entendues et prises en compte,

– Encourager leur présence dans les espaces de décision et d’influence,

– Briser les stéréotypes qui limitent leur potentiel,

– Créer un réseau de soutien, de formation et d’accompagnement.

Ce n’est qu’en incluant pleinement les jeunes femmes que cette initiative atteindra ses objectifs. Car investir dans les jeunes femmes, c’est investir dans l’avenir du pays tout entier.
