آيت اصحا يدعو لتسليط الضوء على الأسباب الحقيقية وراء تنامي معدل الطلاق لوقف حجم النزيف المجتمعي

دعا لحسن آيت اصحا، عضو فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس المستشارين، وزارة العدل لمعالجة ظاهرة الطلاق ووقف حجم النزيف المجتمعي وتسليط الضوء على الأسباب الحقيقية وراء تنامي معدل الطلاق.

وأوضح آيت اصحا، حلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة اليوم الثلاثاء 05 نونبر 2024 بمجلس المستشارين، أن فهم أبعاد هذه الظاهرة المجتمعية وتحليل واقع الطلاق في المغرب بشكل مستفيض، يستدعي إشراك مختلف الفاعلين مؤسسات رسمية وجمعيات مدنية وحقوقية، لخلق وعي مجتمعي حول أهمية بناء علاقات أسرية قوية ومستدامة.

وأكد المستشار البرلماني أن بلادنا أمام ظاهرة اجتماعية مقلقة لاسيما مع تنامي حالات الطلاق، وهو ما يستدعي الاهتمام والتفاعل معها عبر مقاربات سوسيولوجية وقانونية وحقوقية، مبرزا أن مؤشرات الطلاق باتت تكشف عن واقع معقد بالنسبة للعلاقات الزوجية في بلادنا. لاسيما أمام التحولات الاجتماعية والثقافية، مؤشرات تعرف ارتفاعا سنة بعد سنة وتحمل تهديدا ومساسا للتماسك الأسري ولأسس ولمفهوم الأسرة والمجتمع.

وكشف المتحدث ذاته، أن أحدث الإحصائيات حول ظاهرة الطلاق تكشف عن واقع مقلق في ظل الزيادة الملحوظة في نسب الطلاق ببلادنا خلال السنوات الأخيرة، إذ تشير الإحصائيات أن حالات الطلاق بلغت سنة 2022 حوالي 60592 حالة حسب تقرير للمندوبية السامية للتخطيط.
