أحمد طوالة يؤطّر دورة تدريبية تحت عنوان “آليات الترافع الأكاديمي حول الصحراء المغربية”

احتضنت كلية العلوم والتقنيات بالرشيدية، التابعة لجامعة مولاي إسماعيل، يوم الخميس 19 دجنبر 2024، دورة تدريبية تحت عنوان “آليات الترافع الأكاديمي حول الصحراء المغربية”. تحت إشراف الدكتور أحمد طوالة عضو المجلس الوطني لحزب الأصالة والمعاصرة، وبحضور العميد بالنيابة.

تهدف هذه الدورة إلى تمكين طلبة سلك الماستر من مهارات إعداد حجج علمية وقوية للدفاع عن القضية الوطنية في المحافل الوطنية والدولية، وتعزيز قدراتهم على الترافع بأسلوب علمي ومنهجي.

وركز السيد طوالة في بداية الأشغال على استحضار توجيهات صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله حول القضية الوطنية، والذي ما فتئ يؤكد من خلالها على دور الترافع عن القضية الوطنية، وكذا إلى تعزيز قدرات الفاعلين في مجال الترافع عن الصحراء المغربية.

هذا النشاط التكويني والتفاعلي، رسم انطلاقا من أرضيته التقديمية أهدافا استراتيجية تهم تعزيز قدرات المشاركات والمشاركين في مجال الترافع عن القضية الوطنية، وتأهيل الطلبة لمواجهة الطروحات المعادية للوحدة الوطنية، لاسيما في المحافل الدولية، وإبراز الاجتهادات والجهود والمقترحات حول إعمال القواعد العلمية والمعطيات التاريخية والاقتصادية والحقوقية في الترافع حول القضية الوطنية، وكذلك تمكين المشاركات والمشاركين من وسائل ممارسة حقه في الترافع مع السعي لمواكبته وتأطيره.

وتقوم فعاليات الدورة على إطارين الأول نظري هم المدخل التاريخي المدخل القانوني والسياسي والدبلوماسي المدخل الاقتصادي والتنموي، و المدخل الحقوقي.
أما الاطار الثاني وهو المستوى التطبيقي، فتم العمل من خلال ورشات على تعزيز مهارات وتقنيات تهم الترافع الرقمي، وكذا دعم قدرات الطالبات والطلاب على فهم مقتضيات مبادرة الحكم الذاتي ومواكبتهم في اكتساب المهارات التواصلية، والسعى إلى اعداد سفراء جامعة مولاي إسماعيل للترافع حول قضية الوحدة الترابية للمملكة المغربية بلغات مختلفة العربية والأمازيغية والفرنسية والإنجليزية.

وفي ختام الدورة، تم توجيه الشكر والتقدير لجميع المشاركين والمؤطرين على مساهماتهم القيمة، والتزامهم الكبير بإنجاح هذه المبادرة الهادفة إلى تقوية الوعي الأكاديمي بالقضية الوطنية، وتعزيز روح المسؤولية لدى الطلبة.
