أديب بنبراهيم يقدم قراءة في ميزانية جماعة الرباط

شارك أديب بنبراهيم، الخبير الاقتصادي والمالي وعضو المجلس الوطني لحزب الأصالة والمعاصرة، اليوم السبت 7 نونبر 2020، في ندوة فكرية حول “أي تدبير للمدينة بالمغرب، قراءة في ميزانية جماعة الرباط”.

وإلى جانب أديب بنبراهيم شارك في هذه الندوة، التي نظمها منتدى الحداثة والديمقراطية فرع الرباط، كل من عبد الصمد أبو زهير، رئيس لجنة الميزانية والشؤون المالية والبرمجة بمجلس جماعة الرباط، عن حزب العدالة والتنمية، ومحمد كريم، رئيس قسم الاقتصاد بجامعة محمد الخامس، ومستشار لدى البنك الدولي والاتحاد الاوروبي.

وشكل موضوع “ميزانية جماعة الرباط” العنوان الأبرز في الندوة، بعد الجدل الكبير الذي أثارته هذه الميزانية داخل مجلس مدينة الرباط، حيث سبق أن عبرت فرق المعارضة داخل المجلس عن رفضها للميزانية، على اعتبار أنها تخدم أهداف سياسية ولم تراع ما يمر به مجلس المدينة ومن ضائقة مالية ازدادت حدة مع أزمة كورونا.
