أمل الفلاح السغروشني توقع مذكرة تفاهم مع مؤسسة “مسترال للذكاء الاصطناعي”

وقعت، وزيرة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة، أمل الفلاح السغروشني، يوم الجمعة 12 شتنبر 2025، بمقر الوزارة، مذكرة تفاهم مع السيد آرثر مينش، المؤسس الشريك والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة Mistral AI، وهي مؤسسة فرنسية متخصصة في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي.

ويركز هذا التعاون على تنمية الكفاءات المحلية في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي، من خلال التكوين والبحث التطبيقي وتبادل الخبرات.

كما يشجع على بروز المقاولات الناشئة والمشاريع الصناعية المبنية على حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي، الملائمة لحاجيات الشركات المغربية.

ويسعى كذلك إلى ترسيخ استعمال أخلاقي، شامل ومسؤول للذكاء الاصطناعي، يضمن حماية المعطيات وثقة المواطنين، ويسهم في تعزيز موقع المغرب كمنصة إقليمية وإفريقية مرجعية في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي والابتكار الرقمي.

وقد جرت مراسم التوقيع بحضور رياض مزور، وزير الصناعة والتجارة، وعمر السغروشني، رئيس اللجنة الوطنية لمراقبة حماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي (CNDP)، ونزهة حياة، المديرة العامة لصندوق محمد السادس للاستثمار، وخالد سفير، المدير العام لصندوق الإيداع والتدبير (CDG)، إلى جانب عدد من كبار المسؤولين الآخرين من القطاعين العام والخاص.
