أودمين يسائل الحكومة حول ضعف التغطية الرقمية في المناطق الجبلية

توجه النائب البرلماني محمد أودمين؛ خلال الجلسة العامة للأسئلة الشفوية بمجلس النواب، المنعقدة اليوم الاثنين 03 نونبر الجاري، بسؤال إلى الوزيرة المنتدبة لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلفة بالانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة، حول ضعف التغطية الرقمية في المناطق الجبلية.

وأكد أودمين أن التحول الرقمي يمثل رافعة أساسية للإدماج الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، خاصة في العالم القروي والمناطق الجبلية، غير أن ضعف تغطية شبكة الأنترنيت في عدد من هذه المناطق يحرم السكان من الولوج إلى الخدمات الرقمية الأساسية، وعلى رأسها الخدمات التعليمية والإدارية الحيوية المرتبطة بالحياة اليومية للمواطنين.

وأشار النائب البرلماني إلى أن هذا الوضع يكرس الفجوة الرقمية بين الوسطين الحضري والقروي، داعيا إلى ضرورة اعتماد استراتيجية شاملة تضمن عدالة رقمية وتمكن جميع المواطنين من الاستفادة من خدمات الاتصال والرقمنة بشكل متكافئ، بما في ذلك الولوج المجاني أو منخفض التكلفة إلى الشبكة في المناطق النائية.

وطالب أودمين بتوضيح رؤية الوزارة وبرامجها العملية لضمان تغطية شاملة وتحقيق الإنصاف المجالي في الخدمات الرقمية، باعتبارها شرطا أساسيا لتحقيق التنمية المتوازنة في مختلف جهات المملكة.
