إبراهيمي يطالب بتحديد وتوحيد المعايير والمساطر في مجال دعم الجمعيات

طالب النائب البرلماني محمد إبراهيمي؛ بتمكين جمعيات المجتمع المدني من الإسهام بالشكل الفعال في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة؛ عن طريق التتبع وتقييم البرامج وموضوع الشراكات بين المجتمع المدني والهيئات المانحة.

وأكد النائب البرلماني في مداخلة وجهها للوزير المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان والمجتمع المدني، خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يوم الاثنين 16 يناير 2023، أن الحكومة تولي عناية خاصة لأوضاع المجتمع المدني ودعم قدراته ومواكبته وتيسير ولوجه للدعم العمومي باعتباره شريكاً أساسياً في التنمية.

وبهذه المناسبة، ثمن ابراهيمي عاليا عمل الوزارة في مجال علاقتها مع المجتمع المدني من خلال رؤية استراتيجية 2026 التي تضم 11 برنامج استراتيجيا و23 مشروعا، داعيا الوزير الى إحداث السجلين الوطني للجمعيات وإحداث آليات للتنسيق بين مختلف القطاعات الوزارية لتتبع تدخل المجتمع المدني على أساس النتائج ومراقبة الحسابات السنوية للجمعيات المستفيدة من الدعم العمومي.

كما دعا النائب البرلماني لاعتماد جدولة زمنية لتنفيذ المشاريع موضوع الدعم ؛ واعتماد مساطر موثقة لضمان الوضوح والشفافية في تقديم الدعم للجمعيات من طرف جميع القطاعات الوزارية.
