إحداث مجلس الطفل في جماعة الساحل في سابقة هي الأولى من نوعها بإقليم العرائش

أعلن رئيس مجلس جماعة الساحل بإقليم العرائش محمد حماني؛ عن إحداث مجلس الطفل بالجماعة، في خطوة غير مسبوقة على مستوى الإقليم، تهدف إلى تعزيز مشاركة الأطفال في عملية اتخاذ القرار المحلي.

ويأتي هذا الإجراء وفقا لأحكام الفصل 139 من الدستور والمادة 119 من القانون التنظيمي 113.14.

وقد تم اعتماد قرار إحداث المجلس المذكور خلال دورة أكتوبر 2024 لمجلس جماعة الساحل.

وانعقدت الجلسة التشاورية الأولى لمجلس الطفل يوم الثلاثاء 11 مارس 2025، بمقر جماعة الساحل بحضور رئيس المجلس الجماعي وأعضاء المجلس وعدد من الأطر؛ إلى جانب عدد من أمهات وآباء وأولياء التلاميذ.

وكانت جماعة الساحل قد أكدت في بلاغ سابق لها على أهمية هذه المبادرة، داعية جمعيات أمهات وآباء وأولياء التلاميذ، بالإضافة إلى تلاميذ المؤسسات التعليمية الواقعة في نطاقها الترابي، إلى الحضور والمشاركة الفعالة في إحداث مجلس الطفل.

وقال رئيس المجلس الجماعي إن إحداث مجلس الطفل يمثل خطوة نوعية نحو تمكين الأطفال من التعبير عن آرائهم، واقتراح أفكارهم، والإسهام في صياغة القرارات التي تهم مستقبلهم داخل الجماعة.
