إلهام الساقي تقدم لوزير التعليم العالي عددا من المقترحات لتجويد منظومة التعليم العالي

أشادت عضو الفريق النيابي للبام؛ إلهام الساقي؛ بالمجهودات التي قامت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، للارتقاء بمنظومة التعليم العالي وتطوير البحث العلمي.

وأشارت الساقي في مداخلة لها خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يوم الاثنين 21 أكتوبر 2024، إلى أنه رغم المجهودات المبذولة لازالت هناك مجموعة من المشاكل التي تعرفها المنظومة، مشددة على ضرورة إعادة النظر في القدرة الاستيعابية للأحياء الجامعية لتمكين الطلبة خارج لمدن من الاستفادة من السكن الجامعي، وتمكين عدد من الطلبة للولوج لصفوف الجامعات.

ودعت الساقي الوزير لتعزيز وتعميم المنح الجامعية، معتبرة اتخاذ الوزارة كإجراء جديد وهو التسجيل في السجل الاجتماعي والسجل الوطني يجب أن يكون لدى جميع المغاربة، مناشدة الحكومة في هذا الصدد بإعادة النظر في المؤشر الاجتماعي والاقتصادي لأنها تحد من استفادة المواطنين المستحقين للمنح.

كما تطرقت المتحدثة لضرورة تطوير البحث العلمي الابتكار وتشجيع استعمال الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي، مع تقوية انفتاح الجامعة على محيطها ورفع حركية الطلاب في جامعات دولية أخرى، وتقوية المهارات الأفقية والتقنية والرقمية.

وطالبت الساقي الوزير بفتح تخصصات جديدة ومسار التميز في إطار الإصلاح البيداغوجي الجديد مع مواكبته بالموارد المادية والبشرية واللوجيستيكية لإنجاح أهدافه.
