ابتداء من شتنبر المقبل .. وزارة الانتقال الرقمي تعيد ضبط الساعة القانونية للمملكة

صادق؛ مجلس الحكومة، خلال اجتماعه المنعقد اليوم الخميس، على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.26.530 المتعلق بالساعة القانونية، والذي قدمه الوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان والناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، مصطفى بايتاس، نيابة عن الوزيرة المنتدبة المكلفة بالانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة.

ويأتي هذا المشروع في إطار التدابير التي تقودها وزارة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة لإعادة تنظيم العمل بالساعة القانونية للمملكة، حيث ينص على العودة إلى التوقيت الزمني المتوسط لخط غرينيتش، المعتمد بموجب المرسوم الملكي الصادر سنة 1967 بشأن الساعة القانونية.

ويقضي المرسوم الجديد بتأخير الساعة بستين دقيقة عند حلول الساعة الثانية صباحا من يوم الأحد 20 شتنبر 2026، بما يتيح العودة إلى التوقيت القانوني الأصلي المعمول به قبل اعتماد إضافة ساعة إضافية بشكل دائم.

كما يتضمن المشروع إلغاء العمل بالمرسوم رقم 2.18.855 الصادر في أكتوبر 2018، والذي كان قد أقر إضافة ستين دقيقة إلى التوقيت القانوني للمملكة على مدار السنة.

وتعكس هذه الخطوة توجه وزارة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة نحو مراجعة الإطار التنظيمي المؤطر للساعة القانونية، بما ينسجم مع المستجدات المرتبطة بتدبير الزمن الإداري والخدمات العمومية، ويؤسس لمرحلة جديدة في تنظيم التوقيت الرسمي بالمملكة.
