ابراهيم مجاهد رئيس جهة بني ملال خنيفرة يترأس إجتماع لجنة الاشراف و المراقبة

عقدت لجنة الإشراف والمراقبة اجتماعها برسم دورة 28 فبراير2018 برئاسة السيد إبراهيم مجاهد رئيس جهة بني ملال خنيفرة والسيد محمد الدردوري  والي جهة بني ملال خنيفرة ، بحضور كافة أعضاء اللجنة و السادة المدراء: المدير العام للمصالح، ومدير شؤون الرئاسة بالمجلس
ومدير وكالة تنفيد المشاريع.
حيت قدم السيد مدير وكالة تنفيد المشاريع عرضا تفصيليا للسادة أعضاء اللجنة أكد من خلاله على أن الوكالة الجهوية لتنفيذ المشاريع قد اتخدت كافة التدابير لتوفير ظروف عمل ملائمة للطاقم الإداري والتقني للوكالة والبالغ عددهم 22 إطارا من بينهم طاقم من الموظفين الموضوعين رهن إشارة الوكالة من طرف الإدارة الجهوية، وذلك عبر   تهيئة مقر الوكالة الجهوي وتجهيزه، واقتناء المعدات المكتبية والمعلوماتية وشراء سيارات المصلحة.

كما أكد على أن الوكالة الجهوية لتنفيذ المشاريع تشرف على تنفيذ أزيد من 70 مشروعا بتكلفة مالية تزيد عن مليار درهم  وقد تم اعتماد مجموعة من مكاتب الدراسات والمختبرات المتخصصة  لدعم عمل الوكالة وضمان جودة الأشغال.

و بعد المناقشة تمت المصادقة بالإجماع على القوائم المحاسبية للوكالة برسم السنة المالية 2017 وكدا مناقشة ميزانية الوكالة برسم 2018.
