ابريجة يطالب بمواجهة ارتفاع أسعار الأسماك وتعزيز الصيد المحلي

ناقش النائب البرلماني أحمد ابريجة؛ في مداخلة وجهها خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة اليوم الاثنين 05 يناير الجاري، لكاتبة الدولة لدى وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات، المكلفة بالصيد البحري، (ناقش) موضوع ارتفاع أسعار الأسماك في الأسواق الوطنية.

وأشار ابريجة إلى أن الأسعار شهدت ارتفاعا ملحوظا في الآونة الأخيرة، رغم توفر المغرب على واجهتين بحريتين مطلتين على المحيط الأطلسي والبحر الأبيض المتوسط، فضلا عن وفرة العديد من أنواع الأسماك.

وأوضح أن هذه الوضعية تمثل إشكالية حقيقية للمواطنين، خصوصا ذوي الدخل المحدود.

وأكد النائب عن فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة على ضرورة اتخاذ مجموعة من التدابير العملية، منها تعزيز المراقبة الصارمة للبواخر الأجنبية العاملة في أعالي البحار ضمن إطار الاتفاقيات التجارية والتصدي لكل الممارسات غير القانونية، خاصة بيع المنتوج السمكي في عرض البحر دون مراقبة، وتشديد الرقابة على نوعية الأسماك المصطادة والالتزام بالتراخيص القانونية مع احترام فترات الراحة البيولوجية.

ودعا النائب البرلماني إلى تنظيم سلاسل تسويق الأسماك لمحاربة المضاربات والوسطاء غير القانونيين وتقليص عدد المتدخلين بين الميناء والمستهلك، وتحديث الموانئ وتجهيزها بالبنيات التحتية الضرورية لتسهيل التفريغ والتخزين وتسويق المنتوج السنوي في ظروف ملائمة، وتأهيل وتثمين قرى الصيد الساحلي لتقريب المنتوج من المستهلك.

وشدد النائب البرلماني على ضرورة دعم الصيد التقليدي بما يسهم في خلق فرص الشغل وضمان تموين منتظم للأسواق المحلية، وصيانة وبناء أسواق بيع الأسماك لضمان توفر المنتجات والحفاظ على القدرة الشرائية للمواطنين.

واعتبر ابريجة أن هذه الإجراءات تمثل حلا استراتيجيا لضمان الوفرة السمكية ومواجهة ارتفاع الأسعار؛ بما يخدم مصلحة المستهلكين والحفاظ على قطاع الصيد البحري الوطني.
