اعتقال جندي أمريكي بتهمة الإرهاب .. والدستي قدمت معلومات دقيقة لمكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي الأمريكي


أكد حبوب الشرقاوي مدير المكتب المركزي للتحقيقات القضائية أنه في اطار الالتزام الدولي في مجال التصدي للإرهاب، قدمت المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني معلومات دقيقة لمكتب التحقيقات الفدرالي الأمريكي، حول العسكري الأمريكي الذي تم اعتقاله في 19 يناير 2021.

وأورد الشرقاوي، في تصريح لوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء، أن حالة العسكري الأمريكي المسمى “كول بريدجز” الذي تم اعتقاله بتنسيق بين المكتب الفيدرالي الأمريكي والجيش الأمريكي لتورطه في التخطيط لتنفيذ أعمال إرهابية، بالإضافة إلى علاقته مع عناصر منتمية لتنظيم داعش كان قد أثار انتباه المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني في الصيف الماضي بتوجهاته الجهادية وتشبعه بالفكر المتطرف.

وأضاف ذات المصدر، أن ذلك استوجب من المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني إخبار المكتب الفدرالي الأمريكي خلال شهر شتنبر 2020 بمعلومات دقيقة بخصوص هذا العسكري الأمريكي وكل ما يتعلق بنشاطه المتطرف.

واتهم العسكري الأمريكي بالتخطيط لهجوم إرهابي على النصب التذكاري لأحداث 11 شتنبر في مانهاتن بنيويورك. كما أنه متهم بمحاولة تقديم دعم مادي لداعش ومحاولة اغتيال عسكريين أمريكيين.
