تحت شعار: “المواطنة ورهان المشاركة السياسية”.

من تأطير:

– أديب بن إبراهيم؛ كاتب الدولة لدى وزيرة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة- المكلف بالإسكان.

– ليلى بيلغة؛ نائب رئيسة مجلس جماعة الرباط؛ عضو المجلس الوطني للحزب

– نبيلة بنعمر؛ عضو المجلس الوطني للحزب.

– حمزة ملين؛ مستشار جماعي بمقاطعة السويسي؛ عضو المجلس الوطني للحزب.

وتسيير حسن جوريو؛ عضو المجلس الوطني للحزب.
