الأمانة المحلية للبام بدائرة صفرو تنظم لقاء تواصليا حول مدونة الأسرة

نظَّمت؛ الأمانة المحلية لحزب الأصالة والمعاصرة بدائرة صفرو، اليوم الأحد 23 أكتوبر الجاري؛ لقاء تواصليا مع مناضلات الحزب، حول موضوع: “تعديل مدونة الأسرة”؛ أطرته الأمينة المحلية للحزب السيدة هند أمرار.

السيدة أمرار ذكرت خلال عرضها التأطيري بالخطاب الملكي في موضوع تعديل مدونة الأسرة، كما عرجت على مخرجات ندوة لجنة المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص المنبثقة عن المجلس الوطني للحزب في موضوع تجديد المدونة، مقدمة نماذج من مقترحات تعديلات في مواد المدونة، كمسألة زواج القاصرات، وإعادة النظر في مفهوم الشقاق؛ وكذا كيفية تدبير الأموال المشتركة والثغرات والاختلالات التي تعرفها المدونة في مجال حماية حقوق المرأة.

مداخلات الحاضرات ركزت على مسألة حماية حقوق المرأة وإحداث البنيات التحتية ومؤسسة القرب؛ فيما يخص قطاع المرأة وقطاع القضاء وحقوق الإنسان.

وفي ختام اللقاء، قرر الحضور تنظيم لقاءات تواصلية في نفس الموضوع بالجماعات الترابية التابعة لنفوذ دائرة صفرو.
