الإبراهيمي: لجنة من وزارة الداخلية حلت بجماعة بركان لوضع مخطط تشاركي للتكوين

كشف محمد الإبراهيمي رئيس المجلس الجماعي لبركان، أن لجنة من وزارة الداخلية حلت بالجماعة يوم الإثنين 18 فبراير 2019 لوضع مخطط تشاركي التكوين المستمر الخاص بموظفي جماعة بركان 2019-2021.

وأوضح الإبراهيمي أن اللجنة التابعة لوزارة الداخلية عقدت اجتماعا برئاسته مع رؤساء المصالح والأقسام، إذ تم فيه تقديم عرض حول السياق العام لهذا المخطط وأهدافه وفلسفته ومنهجيته ورهاناته، بعدها شهد الإجتماع نقاشا عاما.

وفي الإطار ذاته، استرسل رئيس المجلس الجماعي لبركان أن اللجنة المذكورة اجتمعت بعدها بشكل منفرد مع رؤساء الأقسام، ثم رؤساء المصالح لأجل الاستماع إليهم لتحديد الحاجيات الضرورية للنهوض بسير الجماعات وتطوير أدائها لمسايرة التطورات والمستجدات.

إلى ذلك، أورد الإبراهيمي أن اللجنة التابعة لوزارة الداخلية اجتمعت يوم الثلاثاء 19 فبراير 2019 مع أعضاء المجلس الجماعي لبركان، مبرزا أن اللجنة ستقوم بزيارات ميدانية للمكاتب والمصالح اليوم الخميس 21 فبراير 2019، على أساس أن يقدم يوم غد الجمعة 22 فبراير 2019 عرضا يتعلق بخلاصة ما تم استنتاجه من قبل اللجنة التابعة لوزارة الداخلية والمخطط الذي يجب اعتماده من قبل أقسام ومصالح وأعضاء مجلس جماعة بركان.
