البيضي يقدم لوزير الفلاحة مقترحات لضمان انطلاقة جيدة للموسم الفلاحي الحالي

أكد النائب البرلماني نور الدين البيضي، أن الظروف المناخية غير الملائمة وتوالي سنوات الجفاف وعدم انتظام الأمطار بشكل سلبي على القطاع الفلاحي، تسبب في تراجع حاد في إنتاج سلاسل الحبوب والزراعات الأخرى المعتمدة على التساقطات المطرية وهو ما أرخى بظلاله على وضعية الفلاحين عموما.

ومن أجل انطلاقة جيدة للموسم الفلاحي الحالي، اقترح النائب البرلماني على وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات، في مداخلة له خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين 23 أكتوبر الجاري، التتبع اليومي لنقط بيع البذور والأسمدة وتزويدها بمختلف الأنواع المختارة لاسيما الأصناف المقاومة للجفاف، مع اعتماد أثمنة تحفيزية ومدعمة، مع تأطير الفلاحين والحرص على تكوينهم في مختلف سلاسل الإنتاج.

ودعا النائب البيضي الوزير إلى تأجيل أداء مستحقات ديون الفلاحين لاسيما الصغار منهم مع تمكينهم من قروض جديدة بنسب تفضيلية، وتمكين الفلاحين من الانخراط في التأمين على الكوارث والذي يعرف العديد من الصعوبات مما يشكل تحديا حقيقيا أمامهم خاصة في ظل التغيرات المناخية المتسمة بتعاقب سنوات الجفاف والعواصف الرعدية.
