التويزي والحمامي يثيران إشكالية استقالات أطباء القطاع العام وانتشار المخدرات في أوساط الشباب

تعيش المستشفيات العمومية العديد من المشاكل دفعت مجموعة من الأطباء لتقديم استقالات جماعية في وضع ينذر بتفاقم المشاكل والإكراهات التي تعاني منها المنظومة الصحية الوطنية.
وفِي هذا السياق، وجه أحمد التويزي، عضو الفريق البرلماني لحزب الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس المستشارين، سؤالا شفويا لوزير الصحة، خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة اليوم الثلاثاء 23 أبريل 2019، حول التدابير التي تقوم بها الوزارة الوصية لوقف نزيف استقالات أطباء القطاع العام وتوفير الشروط الملائمة للممارسة السليمة لمهنة الطب داخل المستشفيات العمومية، مطالبا الحكومة بتحمل مسؤوليتها وفتح حوار جاد ومسؤول مع هذه الشريحة الواسعة ومحاولة إيجاد حلول جذرية لأعطاب المنظومة الصحية ببلادنا، والمرتبطة أساسا بنقص عدد الأطباء وعدد الممرضين وعدد الأسرة وكذا النقص المهول في الأدوية والتجهيزات الطبية.

وفِي موضوع آخر، طرح المستشار البرلماني محمد الحمامي ظاهرة انتشار المخدرات في أوساط الشباب، متسائلا عن الإجراءات والتدابير التي تتخذها وزارة الشباب والرياضة لمكافحة المخدرات وحماية المراهقين والشباب من خطرها.
وأكد الحمامي، في إطار تعقيبه على رد وزارة الشباب والرياضة، أن المخدرات بكافة أنواعها تعد آفة العصر ومشكلة حقيقية تستهدف الشباب والمراهقين وتستنزف الاقتصاد الوطني وتدمر صحة المجتمع، حيث يتفق الجميع على ضررها البالغ على الحياة الاجتماعية والصحية والاقتصادية، وضرورة العمل للحيلولة دون اتساعها، مؤكدا أن جهة طنجة – تطوان – الحسيمة تتصدر المرتبة الأولى وطنيا من حيث ارتفاع عدد الأشخاص الذين يتعاطون مختلف أنواع المخدرات، إذ سجلت مدينة تطوان 12 ألف مدمن ومدينة طنجة 11 ألف، فيما تأتي مدينة الناظور في المرتبة الثالثة ب 7 آلاف مدمن.
